  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship within Trinidad and Tobago only.


3. Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days (via local courier services)

  • Rural or hard-to-reach areas: May take slightly longer

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather, or courier delays.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with tracking information. If you haven’t received a tracking update after 3 days, please contact us.


6. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit:

  • Contact us at help@zestzones.com within 48 hours of the delivery date or issue

  • Include your order number and a description of the issue

  • We will work with the courier to resolve the problem promptly


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
