Shampoo cleans, conditioner strengthens. Together, they work better—especially if you want to grow healthier, fuller hair. Skip the fluff, keep the essentials.

2. Can I use the shampoo and conditioner every day?

Absolutely. Our formulas are mild enough for daily use and strong enough to keep your hair clean, healthy, and fresh.

3. How much should I use?

About a teaspoon of each — our formulas are concentrated.

4. How often should I wash my hair?

That depends on your lifestyle, but 2–4 times a week works for most men. Daily is fine with our gentle formula.

5. How long will one bottle last?

A 500ml bottle lasts about 6–8 weeks with regular use.

6. Can I use this on my beard or body too?

3. Can I choose which scent I want?

Absolutely. You can pick your preferred scent—citrus, mint, or wood—based on your vibe or mood.

4. Do they all work the same, or do the scents have different benefits?

Each scent gives a unique experience, but the formula behind them is consistent. You’ll get the same hair and scalp benefits—just with your preferred scent profile.

5. How long does the scent last?

Long enough to get noticed. It lingers without overpowering.

Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), debit cards, Online and bank transfers. Local options like cash-on-delivery and Linx may also be available depending on your location.

Will I be charged in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TTD)?

Yes, if you're located in Trinidad and Tobago. International customers will see the equivalent charge in their own currency at checkout.

Can I pay in cash?

We offer cash-on-delivery (COD) for certain areas in Trinidad.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. All payments go through encrypted, PCI-compliant platforms. Your card details are never stored on our site.

Why was my card declined?

This usually happens due to incorrect billing info, insufficient funds, or card security restrictions. Try again or use another method. If issues continue, contact your bank.

Will I receive a receipt?

Yes. You’ll get a digital receipt emailed to you immediately after checkout. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.

Do you charge VAT or any extra fees?

All prices include VAT where applicable. There are no hidden charges — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

Can I get a copy of my invoice?

Of course. Your invoice is automatically emailed, but if you need it re-sent, just contact us and we’ll send it again.

Can I update my billing information after ordering?

Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, billing details can’t be changed for security reasons. If there’s a problem, contact us immediately.

Do you ship throughout Trinidad and Tobago?

Yes, we deliver to every location in Trinidad and Tobago, including Port of Spain, San Fernando, Arima, Tobago, and more.

How long does delivery take?

Orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days after being processed depending on location. Tobago deliveries may take an extra day or two.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

No, we don’t offer standard same-day delivery, but if you need your order urgently, contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange something. Extra fees may apply depending on location and timing.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — but we’re working on it. If you're outside of T&T and want to order, email us and we’ll try to arrange a custom shipping option.

Can I pick up my order?

No, we don’t offer regular pickups, but if you'd prefer to collect your order, contact us and we can arrange something that works for both sides.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

The courier will attempt delivery again or contact you to arrange a convenient time. If we can’t reach you after multiple attempts, the order may be returned and restocking fees may apply.

Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?

We deliver on weekdays and Saturdays. No deliveries on public holidays unless otherwise stated during promotions.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.

Policies

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, just contact us with your order details. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you return an eligible item, you’ll receive a full refund (excluding shipping) once we’ve received and inspected it. Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear.

Can I exchange a product?

If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to assist, but exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on stock availability.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

We’re here to help. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and packaging. We’ll replace the item or offer a refund, depending on the situation.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to help. Contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
